Zebra T-shirt

My friend went to Africa to study abroad before.

At that time, the photo that my friend had taught me that people in Africa draw an ethnic pattern on the skin for fashion that uses a unique ink called "Henna tattoo" 

 A zebra came to my mind when I saw the beautiful lines.

 Zebras are born with beautiful stripes. 
 We, humans, have no patterns on our skin.

“Did humans come up with the Henna tattoos technique because they wanted beautiful decorations on their empty skin?”, I thought.

On the contrary, if zebras’ stripe patterns looked like this Henna tattoo, it would be very neat. 

I drew this zebra thinking like this.

シマウマTシャツ

以前、友人がアフリカに留学に行きました。

その時に友人が見せてくれた写真に「ヘナタトゥー」という独特なインクを使って民族的な模様を肌に描いていく装飾が有ることを知りました。

その綺麗な線を見て思い浮かんだのがシマウマでした。

シマウマは生まれた時から綺麗なシマ模様を持って生まれてきます。

人間の肌に模様はありません。

人間はその何もない肌に綺麗な装飾が欲しくてヘナタトゥーをあみ出したのかな？とおもいました。

そんな事を思い逆にシマウマのシマ模様がこのヘナタトゥーのような模様ならすごく綺麗だろうな。と思い描きました。
